Position: - Service Manager

Job Description:

  • To provide supervision and direction to a group of field service technicians within and outside India.
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service and service level agreement attainment leading by example.
  • Serve as the primary escalati on point for all issues related to service delivery within or outside India, which include self-assigning the service ticket by going to the field whenever the situation need arises, customer escalations or when remote assistance cannot be rendered.
  • Attemp ts to resolve problems and as necessary develops a solution base action plan to address ongoing concerns.
  • This individual will be responsible to develop the team to ensure they consistently deliver world class customer service.
  • This role monitors individual team members to identify and schedule required training.


Desired Candidate Profile:

10+ years of overall experience in field service and maintenance with 3-5 years of program/project management

  • Functional expert in the areas of Technical Services, Customer Handling and trend analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Communication skills - verbal & written
  • B.E/Diploma - Worked in Industrial Automation or Worked for Heavy equipment industry and handled similar job profile
